As an OEM, we design and manufacture custom conveyors, static and motion scales, our PIPA stainless steel printer applicator featuring Zebra Print Engines and Printers which may be utilized with label creation software such as Labelview, Label Matrix, BarTender and numerous others in DPL, ZPL and more print emulations. Decorative Prime Labels can be applied utilizing the Pack Leader line of labeling systems for top/bottom, side and multi panel, wrap labeling for beverage, consumer goods and industrial applications. Coding and marking date codes, sell by, pack date, use by or other variable data required utilizing CIJ, TIJ and Laser Coding Systems from partners such as Keyence, Zebra and Zanasi which we incorporate to compliment your packaging lines as a total solution provide.

We are proud of our Softouch line of industrial computers which provide stainless steel construction, Intel Core i3 Processor, UPS backup, Automatic Controlled Shutdown, Windows 10 and other features that provide consistent communication with multiple components, data exchange with plant network server and is Wifi 5 connective. Real time reporting of production yield, time management and d-base requirements which are backed up and maintained within our Softouch in the event of power outage or other plant interruption.

As system integrators, we work with numerous partners such as Allen Bradley, Hytrol Conveyors, Rice Lake Weighing Systems, Avery Weigh-Tronix Scale and other equipment manufactures. We design and build PLC and Controls with integration partners like Automation Direct, Sick Sensor Intelligence, Banner, Omron, GE and Turck. All systems require the best technology when safety is concerned and Process Integration, Inc. works with the aforementioned companies to provide the best scanning, safety sensor and guarding technologies available to assure staff and equipment are monitored and safeguarded in the most demanding manufacturing environments.
